Cecil Harold Cullen is the son of Walter Floyd Cullen and Susie J Heft. He was born 3 December 1910 in Caldwell, Idaho. He was married to Julie Giggler on 3 September 1948 in Reno, Nevada. I don't have any children recorded for them at this time. Cecil died on 19 Dec 1999 in Medford, Jackson, Oregon. The picture above was taken in 1997 in Medford.
