Mildred and her sister, DorisMildred Lucille Cullen is the daughter of Walter Floyd Cullen and Suzie J. Heft. She was born 19 Feb 1906 in Cedar Rapids, Boone, Nebraska. On 20 Feb 1924, Mildred was married to Wilhelm Amil Rieck in Albion, Boone, Nebraska. Together they had three children:

Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce. Mildred would later marry James (Jim) C. Bray. Together they had one child:

Mildred died in Jul 1975 in Klamath Falls, Klamath, Oregon. She is buried at the Eternal Hills Cemetary in Klamath Falls. Her death records can be found in the Oregon Death Index and in the Social Security Death Index.
