James (Jim) C. Bray is the son of Elbert Clark Bray and Susan Matilda Davis. He was born 8 Jun 1901 in Lee Valley, Hawkins, Tennessee. He was married to Mildred Lucille Cullen. He died on 8 March 1997 in Klamath Falls, Klamath, Oregon.
